b16 SiR II Into a 91 Hatch
I am getting ready to put a b16 SiR II into my 91 hatch and i had a couple questions.
first, does anyone know what mounts i need to use? will the b16's mounts fit or will i have to modify them.
Secondly, Axle shafts, which ones should i use.
Thirdly, shift linkage, which ones should i use?
And lastly, and most important to me at this time, since i have the cable tranny and the SiR II has a hydraulic tranny, what all, besides the tranny, would be involved in the swap, would i just need a master and slave cylinder or would i need new clutch cables and such?

You need ef b-series mounts. you cant use the b16 mounts.
for axles you need a 90-93 integra manual trans intermediate shaft and 90-93 integra axles.
for a shift linkage you need a b-series into ef linkage. avid, hasport, eBay, and others have what you need.
if you intend on using the hydro trans then you'll need to either convert your car to hydro, which is more difficult, or simply get a cable to hydro conversion kit from a place like hasport or innovative.

SceneMotorsport, what kind of track times are you looking at with the b16? Was the swap a big pain to do or pretty straight forward? (once the previously mentioned parts are obtained of course)
EF-9MoFo, by hammer the car are you talking about the cross supports on the hood?

You could get a shorter belt and then you wouldnt have to put dents on the rail like that.. not really necessary... Short belt adjust the alternator ..
take the belt you have now and go to your local car parts store and have them find you a smaller belt then the one you have about 5in smaller or so try it and it will work..
