Default B16 into 91 EF

Starting to lay out a B16 swap into a 91 Civic DX hatchback. Never done this swap before and was wondering what all will be needed to do it? Throttle cables, linkage, etc? Sorry for not searching but I want to get all the answers in one thread.

and make sure you also get a rear 90-93 integra mount for the rear if you decide to use aftermarket mounts.
