Default Need help desperately weird problem.

I used to have a user name ill-icit_lude but for some reason it wont let me login, Anways I have a 1989 prelude obdo with and obd2 h22 converted to obd1. I have been trying to figure out why when i plug in my brake booster vaccum it idles at about 300 and wants to die after coming down from a little bit of throttle. I checked all of my vaccum connections a 100 times over and there correct. When i have the brake booster unplugged it idles and runs fine. Can anyone help me out here? I have no idea what to do since im not throwing any CEL except for ELD
