Default JDM front end or USDM?

my car is black Clean title no paint repairs but having high horsepower and using it on the street has added some rock chips. debating on the JDM front end because all my body panels have the original vins for my car. But the jdm front will give my car a new look and i wont have anymore rock chips. what do you fellow R owners think

OEM or GTFO
I think most will likely share that opinion on here.

It came with my car, I wanted it before getting it, so it's a bonus! Everyone is different, you choose

i voted OEM, i LOVE both front ends but if it ain't broke don't fix it right? either way you're going to be paying for paint so may as well just throw a fresh coat on your US front.

Just my thoughts, but...If you want your car to look like an old Accord, get the JDM.

Don't **** up a perfectly fine, clean titled ITR with it's #s matching panels for the sake of rice. If you must have one, buy a real JDM ITR (there's plenty in this country these days), or get a USDM R that's already perverted and sell your current one to someone who'll appreciate it.

Only reason I have a JDM front is because of a car accident or else it would be USDM. No need to change it out if it is OK, why fix it if its not broken. Spend the money else where

I have it on my itr but I had a theft recovery and I personaly prefer the jdm front on my car, j's racing intake duct, oem hid, and my car his highly modded. ITR people have been getting into this oem or stock faze or lightly modded bs. In your case I wouldn't waste the money on it if your car isnt wrecked or damaged, rock chips are nothing, just a respray would be great IMO

OEM with HID conversion, and a respray.

It's really all personal preferences, both the usdm front end and jdm fronts are amazing looking. In your case, since your vehicle still has all matching vin# on all panels. I'd recommend to stay USDM and just have a respray. Though I love the look of the jdm front just a tad bit more than usdm.

Good luck on your choice.

I've had both USDM and JDM front and I gotta say that the JDM Front turns heads ALL the time. But OEM front is less hassel because if you do hit something or get hit, it's easy to replace. It's up to you though, I like both...

If it's USDM, keep it that way. The car will be worth more and just looks like an Integra should look. My 2 cents.

OEM all the way! Especially if all body panel is original! Would not touch OEM paint. It's too bad mine came that way.

Well, if you're asking this question, you're already going to go JDM despite what anyone on here says. I know from experience haha. I had an OEM front ITR and despite everyone's warnings, I went JDM because I wanted a change. I now own another ITR and I'm definitely keeping it OEM. I think that novelty and a bit of a change is the only real benefit of going JDM. For the money and having to lose all of your matching VIN body panels, I honestly don't think it's worth it. You can mke an OEM front Integra look damn good too.

why would you be losing the vin numbers? if you ever plan on selling just change it back or include them with the sell your not losing the number just storing them :]
