noob fender question

Just wanted to ask if the 96-98 civic hatch fenders would fit the 99-00 civic hatch like wise for the coupe can they all be switch and mixed and matched?

Nope. The headlights are different. won't fit right. But yes if you wanted to do a 99 conversion you could use coupe fenders on a hatch
