Saw these cams for sale, I can't seem to confirm if they are the itr cams or not.


I see a groove but it does not seem as distinct as the one pictured above on the left. Heres the picture I took:

thats a tough call. cant you just measure the lifters?

 

i know there is a site theat shows all the vtec cams but those dont look like itr cams
I think those are b16 honestly

Gotta say.. in person, these cams compared right next to the itr cam pictures look nothing alike. They do sorta look like b16 cams.. but I dont know for sure.

you either have GSR or a ITR one. With the last picture you posted theres a groove on the bottom of the rim so It does look like a ITR.

Definilty not a B16

 

They are NOT ITR camshafts.

They remind me of the B17a camshafts but are missing the outter inscribed ring that's on the tip of the camshaft, however they are NOT B17a camshafts either.

I'd say they're some custom camshaft or private manufactured (crower/skunk2/jun/toda/etc), although they don't look like any I've seen. Maybe Webb? not sure though; but I'll guarantee they're not ITR camz.

 

On second look and noting that you say "[You] see a groove" on the outter circumfrance of the camshaft I'll say they're P61 camshafts (ie. 92-93 GSR). Only if the cam has the outter ring.

 

This is SI-R automatic. get a vernier and mesure the lobe... the smalest of all cams...
