Default solution to dented feel's twin cam 4-2-1

i have a really nice manifold on my civic and its dented on the bottom. the car used to be really low and the 2 and 1 parts of the header are dented. the are flattened on the bottom. what can i do to fix this? could i go to an exhaust shop, have them cut out the dented part and reweld in a new pipe? the flex pipe on the end has a hole too. is there somewhere i could find a replacement for that whole bottom section? im not planning on buying a feel's replacement section. could i find something similar to bolt on? its kind of frustrating to have this dent. any help is appreciated. thank you.

SMSP, HyTech (real), SSR, Bisimoto - These are all high-dollar exhaust manifolds that are worth every penny.

A Feel’s header is an overpriced JDM part. It is a standard 4-2-1 w/2.5” Collector like the Spoon.

If you can’t part with it because it is a rare JDM y0~!, then take it to a good fabricator and have them work their magic. Post up pictures in the welding/fab forum here and start the bidding war.

sell it to some JDM nut who wants it. Just because its rare doesnt mean anything. There are better headers for far less money out there

you probably should have. its pretty nice. im trying to fix every little thing wrong with this civic and the exhaust is on my to do list. i might end up just selling it for someone else to fix. if i could find some way or some one to fix it i would rather do that because its rare and unique. performance counts yes, but style does too.

i dont see how a header is style. It looks the same as a mugen/spoon header. Just tubing with a little name plate tacked onto it. If you want a good cheap header get a Kiddracing narrow header. Looks cool and performs very well. Even the new skunk2 is half the price of the feels and des a good job. Or a bisimoto for around 800 shipped.

Take it to a local welder and have him cut out the dents and weld in some new stainless. Shouldn't be too big a deal
