throttle body question

throttle body question
i have a 00 ek civic and im swapping it to 5 speed and i need a throttle body for my new intake mani so i was wondering since im going to 0bd1 and will have a 2 wire iacv can i use the stock tb with the 3 wire iacv on it and just block it off??? just lmk please
