Default Tranny Housing Gasket

Honda Accord 2000 SE
Transmission was leaking mass fluid. Bad transmission housing gasket.
Removed tranny and disassembled. I am ready to reassemble with Honda gaskets.

Do I use any kind of sealant or just the dry gasket on the clean aluminum flanges? The Honda shop manual does not mention the use of a sealant.

Please advise. Thanks!!

If the Helms manual doesn't mention sealant then don't use any.

Thanks Aquafina. After having a leak like this it's kinda hard to put a dry gasket in. But I know that is the way these things are engineered. Just wanted to get a double check.
