Default 99 Civic hatchaback "MAIN RELAY" issue

Okay i had problems starting my car early this week after i did the jdm b16b swap. But, after switching the engine bay harness everything was all good.

But.....Im still having problems with my FUEL PUMP not turning on. I already swapped out the "MAIN RELAY" in the corner of the glove box with an OEM honda one. I already check the fuses under the dash and under the hood.

I get power to the main relay. And i get power out of the main relay. But not getting any power to the pump. I followed the wire that sends power to the FUEL PUMP. If i send power 12v to that wire and BINGO the pump turns on and then the car starts. But once 12v is dissconnected the car fuel pump shuts off and the car dies.

My questions is can i cut the wire coming out of the main that sends power the FUEL pump and run my own wire to the fuel pump?

Its weird cause power comes out from the relay but doesnt seem to get wire from the kick panel down? Its too hard to chase the entire wire behind the dash.

Did you forget to connect the critical ground wire on the thermostat housing?

There are three main relay fuses -- 44, 31, and 13. Have you swapped known good fuses for each?

Power to the main relay grounds on the ECU which in turn grounds on the thermostat housing. The next step would be check for a bad ground wire between the main relay and the ECU or between the ECU and the thermostat housing. If those are fine, try swapping in a known good ECU.
