Anyone can tell me when i should really change the timing belt on my 2002 Honda accord v6 coupe? it has 146000km now.. i hear so many answers..anyone know the right one? thanks!

P.S. as well, when i start my car, the seatbelt beep sometimes beeps otherwise doesnt, and both the parking light as well as the driving light comes on at the same time.. sounds like a little bit of trouble..any ideas?

 

if in doubt, just do the belt, idler and tensioner... play it safe
