Default If red=blue, The My car=Fooked

I just recently swapped a d16a6 in my 1990 std hb... converted it to mpfi, the car is obd0 still. i am using an a6 dizzy, pr4 ecu.

ive also tryed another a6 dizzy and another pr4 from a dd.
i went over all my mpfi wires a dozen times.
ive checked my timing 3 times. i dont think its the ignition timing but could be.
cyl #2 seems to be the only thing making it run weird.
There are no check engine lights.

i know i have all the plugs plugged in right. because they all match my dd.

well here is a few videos of it trying to run.

http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc116/n8tivebud/th_DSCF7215.jpg

when i first start it, it runs fine but after a while it starts to idle really low like its going to die. as you see in the video when i pulled the spark plug wire off it died. the next video is a few seconds later being started not changing anything besides putting the spark plug wire back in.

http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc116/n8tivebud/th_DSCF7216.jpg

i have no idea what could be wrong.
after the car runs for a minute or two it does this.

TIA!!!!!!!!!

If removing the lead off of cyl #2 causes it to stall, i would say the engine is depending very heavily on that particular cylinder.

Have you checked the spark plugs?

do you know the difference between pm6 and pr4? why do you go with pr4? instead of pm6, pr4 is for da integra 1.8L DOHC, pm6 is for ef SI 1.6L SOHC, fuel trim is different, fuel curve is different, plus you need to have an injector resistor for your pr4, which i doubt you have one.

like i said before i only have a pr4 at this time. and i ran plenty of pr4s on singles to single vtecs and they ran great not perfrect. i highly doubt the ecu has anything to do why its running like this. i also deleted the resistor box. the injectors are stock obd0 a6

maybe have someone else look at your wiring for mpfi. they might see something you did not see or catch. double check it. some people butcher up there wiring harness and get wires all mixed up when doing this conversion.

forgot to add try switching out fuel injectors with another one or other one on the car and try that thing with spark plug again(pull off). might be injectors not getting fuel in. Or you could try those engine start thing and spray some fuel into the intake and see what happens.

you have to have a resistor box if you run OBD0 injectors...

yea i kind thot it was injector/fuel problem. when the throttle is all the way open it dont rev past 500-800 rpm *sometimes

It's odd that it's cylinder specific.

get the resistor box back in... you need it to run a PR4 with OBD0 injectors.

The PR4 will run the setup just fine. try to get a PM6 in there asap. But the PR4 is not what is causing your issue. I have ran a PR4 on many EF D16a6 setups. no problems, just not recommended for long term use.
