Default Craziest idle witnessed/ very strange running conditions!

I have installed a '95 GS-R engine into this '95 Civic. It runs but has a strange idle during warm-up, and after it achieves ideal running temp, it won't stay at any idling at all - it just dies. Perhaps you yourselves can help with some insight after viewing these youtube videos.

One love.

CEL codes?

Start by cleaning the IACV on the throttle body.

I have counted the blinks of the yellow CEL light and it revealed 7 quick flashes, as well as 1 long one followed by 4 more quick flashes. This would mean codes 7 and 14 are being thrown?
