i'm doing this myself and am almost done. i'm putting it all back together and didn't know if i should break it in or not before i run it hard. its a d16z6 head that had 90.000 miles. everything looked ok at teardown. should i check anything? valve spring compression or put in new valve guides or anything? advice welcomed. thanks
