my honda accord died on me so now im driving a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXi with the 2.7 V6. its known trouble area is easily clogged oil passage ways. i am getting a "Low Oil Pressure" warning at low RPM. any way to clean the oil passage ways and keep them from clogging? im thinking of running seafoam through the oil then doing full oil change with Full Synthetic and a really good filter. also, what weight oil should i use to prevent my passage ways from clogging up in the future?

Why are you asking Honda-Tech, specifically the Accord section on what weight oil to run in a Sebring? GDD makes more sense than here. With knowing as much as I do with Sebrings I'd say use whatever the manufacturer recommends.

Well I mean going into the Accord section is certainly a long shot, like I said the best place on HT would've been GDD. You can hope someone there knows what Chrysler does.
