Default SEALING THE CHASSIS

Ok I know when you drive a boosted or non boosted car, stripped or not stripped to the bone. You are not supposed to smell exhaust or rich fumes of any kind. Does anybody know where the weak spots on an eg are to seal out any air from getting inside the car. I currently have an eg hatch that is pulling in really strong fumes into the chassis, its bad enough that I cannot drive the car. Ive sealed all the air out from the back hatch window, ive used
"great stuff" foam sealant on all the honda rot as well as the fenders and any holes before the doors. I really cant think of anything else and I just want to drive my damn car. My wastegate opens momentarily but that smell should only be breif. I DO NOT have an exhaust leak of any kind. The car is running extremely rich. I dont know where else to seal other than the doors have a couple of trim pieces that are missing. Is the air comming through the heater core of the vents. If so how can I stop that from the engine bay or inside the car. This is seriously pissing me off! Ive talked to at least 30 people that have boosted cars stripped and not, they all say I am not supposed to have this problem. What do I do?

It has a rubber seal over the shifter and it seems to be fine I could try and seal it better but I dunno

look around the firewall too, there could be rubber plugs that are missing or leaking.

pull the carpet back and find where the ecu wires go into the engine bay.

keep lookin..
