Can a auto tranny lock up solenoid cause gears to not shift ? I put a new torque converter on my 93 civic and for some reason the car will not shift gears. My L and D2 work okay but d3 and d4 won't shift(meaning the car goes up to redline w/out shiftting).

 

are all the vacuum lines hooked up? the speed sensors are all good? any cels?

 

yes everything is hook up. Speed sensor is working and no cel.

 

just a quick question did you fill your tranny fluid back up?? my buddys car had a tranny leak and once it leaked out enough car would not shift... lol
