Hey guys,
I recently got a 95 civic auto and what happened was, I ended up replacing the axle because it would lose speed going through a turn and turns out the axle was beyond destroyed. So I replaced that and noticed my tranny was slipping and not engaging properly so i added tranny fluid to it as it was 3 quarts low But i had to add the stuff called Castrol Multi Import Vehicle tranny fluid and it said it was compatitble with hondas that use ATF Z1 fluid. Now the weird part is that the car shifted and ran amazing when i added the fluid but then after 10 miles the tranny took a **** on me at the worst possible spot. on the highway at a red light and wouldn't go into any gear. So i pushed it out of the way left it there and came back half an hour later and the car went into gear fine and shifted then it went out again? I am puzzeled about this, any help?
