Default Fuel Trouble, B18C1 gt35/40

Pressure is not building on my AEM rail, BanM guage, Aeromotive regulator. Changed Walbro for new, changed fuel filter for new. I can hear the new and old pumps priming. Turn to on position, guage goes up to 5, then down, nothing changes if I pinch the return line. Will not start obviously. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Built b18c1, 9:1, gt35/40, new pump, new filter. Havent yet dissected rail.

from what you are saying, the only thing i can think of is a stuck open injector, it may or may not be the problem, keep us posted

yeah, I wouldn't crank it with plugs in it until you know for sure the injector(s) are not filling your motor with fuel. Are you sure the pump wiring is not backwards? how about a pinched or clogged feed line?

yes it may still be a pinched line or something, i do not hear/feel injectors turn on and the plugs are dry. Tried new pump, filter, main relay, CPU looks ok, but i dont know, we are all scratching our heads. I guess i'll have to pull the rail and injectors to figure it out and test them all for power, i'm thinking more electrical right now, there is fuel going through the filter on startup, but it's definately not getting into the cylinder. Running cromepro, I have no more good ideas, thanks for your help people!

I would think the easiest way to trouble shoot would be to use a fuel pressure tester right before the rail and then right after the rail. That way you can determine at what point you need to start looking.

Tonight i tried a stock ecu and it fired up just fine. So, clearly the problem is in the ECU or chip. It's going overnight to RLZ in NC for a computer check up, new chip burn. If this works we're planning a road trip to RLZ for a new tune/engine management change. Hopefully this is the end of the drama.
