Was going to paint my valve cover today but cant seem to get my spark plug seals off is there a trick or should they just pop out they wont budge at all. Can they be reused or do Ihave to just get a new set. Thanks for any help

 

give them a twist while pulling up, they should be fine to reuse as long as they don't break coming off.
