Default Installing coolant header tank

Hi guys!

I'm new here and I have a question about a coolant header tank.....

I'm building a kitcar with a B16A1 engine.

Because the radiator I have doesn't have a pressure cap I bought a header tank with one on it. It has two connections. One big one at the bottom and one smaller on the top. The only thing is I'm struggling on where to connect the hoses on?

I installed it like this but is this the right way??????

Thanks in advance!

René

I would look at the greddy radiator breather tank instalation. They have something like what you have used to reduce air-lock.

No, that's not what I need. The header tank that I bought let's the extra pressure go to the air.... What I have is good, I just want to know if I installed it correctly....

Another question.... Is the coolant sytem always filled with coolant or is the rad and engine just filled for like an half....
