I swapped in a jdm gsr engine into my 97 gsr. The harness is obd2 (obviously) but there are a few missing connections on the motor. I know one of them is for the vtec solenoid but there are two connections up where the intake manifold is and another underneath around where the alternator lies, it's a 2 pin connector i believe. I got all the other ones in except for these. If anyone knows where these go please help me out.
most likely the crank pick up (was on the oil pump on the obdII) and the secondary runners for the intake. I don't think any of the JDM motors had the second crank sensor that the usdm obdII had.
just did this swap... 1 is the vtec oil switch, 2 there's a black box on top of the intake mani thats another, and 3 is the crank sensor. I jumped the green plug and left the others alone.

Yeah i kinda thought that the 2nd one was probably something for the intake. I'm hoping to start the engine today and see what codes it may throw.
