Well it should say info on what chassis it swaps into, If it comes with EG mounts, than you will have to buy EF mounts/linkage. As for the dpfi to mpfi wiring, you have a pm. Also check the FAQ

You didn't check crap. Most of what you need is in there. It is called DPFI to MPFI and it is a cake walk.

i was mainly asking about the mounts (since there are 1,000,000 write ups on MPFI swap). but since everyone wants to be an A$$ ill just assume they work, since they came out of a crx originally.

I know right. Welcome to h-t, land of jerks. As for the mounts, the b16 mounts match w/ the crx stock engine mount locations. There are only 3 mounts w/ the hassport mounts, so you'll probably end up taking out the crx stock front engine mount. That's what I did. Good Luck

you will need to purchase aftermarket mount kit and shift linkage, as noted by Hmotors on their website:

*Requires aftermarket parts for most applications. We can supply you with the hasport mount kit for $300 and the hasport linkage for $110.Prices only valid with purchase of a complete changeover.

From my understanding, if it's an EF SiR swap, the shift linkage will work but the mounts won't (since it's from a RHD vehicle). And as previously stated, the FAQ has plenty of info on the MPFI conversion...

thanks, did you have to remove the front mount? or did you do it because its just not needed?

did you notice the key word "most"? it says that same stuff on most of their changeovers. and i know for a fact that the hasport linkage is a replica of the SIR-I linkage.

all the other swaps are RHD and have the same mounts so why wouldnt this one? they didnt change the engine back for RHD just the firewall and subframe.

I removed the front mount cuz it was a clearance issue, now that I think about it. Ok, so the most part of that statement means that if you're competent enough at welding you could make your own mounts or get the ones from the car the motor was in. I've seen it done, but it's so much easier just buying the hassport mounts, not to mention much safer. LOL. The mounts are the same with a RHD CRX SiR and an American CRX. I believe that all the b-series motors have the same mounts. That's why b-series swaps are easy to swap with CRX and Civics. You will have to switch wiring to match the RHD, but that's easy.
