buddy club N+spec damper vs Koni/groun control
ive been saving up money for a suspension upgrade. and from what i had seen in here, everybody gives props to the koni's with the ground control coilovers. and a guy from pann auto in sandiego recomend me the buddyclub suspension,, because it was cheaper and it was good for a dd basis. i just want to have my car drop and have it smooth as possible for a daily driven basis... what do you guys recomend me..
I have buddy club race spec
and they can slam your car and ride awsome
at the same time. Best suspension I've ridden in
I know GC w/ tophats can slam the **** out your car but I dont know about ride

I've driven a couple of cars with the N+ set up. They both rode horribly. they both bounced way too much. go with the koni/gc for sure. Do some searches on which spring rate you should run, what you want from the ride is important when doing this.

Just remember to set the dampening control when you are testing them. I have 400f/450r with damp control about 60% in front and about 75% in rear. If I recall it takes 16 'marks' on the adjustment **** to go from full soft to full stiff. Use a nut for reference while turning.
The Koni/GC setup is much better than the KYB/GC I have previously. Slightly different rates, but the shocks make one hell of a difference.

Dont mean to thread jack, dont really feel like making a quick ? thread so...
When you adjust the Koni sports, can the suspension be compressed or does it have to be in the air, full droop?

Not on the shock....I'm talking about the white **** used to turn the adjustment. The **** has little bumps on it and I use those bumps from either full stiff or full soft to determine where I am at in the spectrum. I use a bolt in the background as a reference for my eyes.
I bought BC N+ Spec probably back in june or july. I haven't installed them yet but i just hope they're not as bad as you guys are making them out to be
