i just did a swap into my 99 coupe, swapped in a jdm b16a, used to have a d16y8. now i want to run a power steering pump and my question is, is all b series power steering pumps the same. i pulled the motor out of a 94 integra with the pump and every thing. i already tried switching out the d series with the b series, but the high pressure hose connection to the pump is different. im just curious as to what other people have done. thanks

 

I used an 01 ITR ps pump with all my other components coming from a b16a2. Most or all b-series pumps are the same (at least I know for sure the GSR, Si, and ITR pumps are the same. I'm not sure if the LS uses the same pump or not, but I'm sure it is).

 

all b series blocks run the same stuff all interchangeable with the exception of head stuff and wiring . u can use the pump out of any b

 

maybe a lil diff between obd1 and obd 2 but not to sure
