Front Rotors Warping Constantly!
I have a 98hx coupe that is eating rotors! I have replaced them twice this year and about to do them a third... I've checked the control arm bearings and they look good. I've had the car in to get alignment/wheel balancing and the garages said its fine or "you need to replace the whole front suspension..."
Any help would be much appreciated.

well suspension i dnt believe has **** to do with the rotors. ive been running same pads and rotors on my ek for like idk 4 yrs. sounds like a caliper issue i would assume, or if ur running ceramic pads will heat the rotors up really hot and then running it into water after being hot like in a puddle = warped rotors
Rotors very very rarely actually warp, these days. What are frequently called "warped rotors" are nothing more than good rotors with uneven brake pad deposits on them. This can be caused by failure to properly bed the pads when either the pads or rotors are new, excessive brake pressure while sitting at a stop with heated brakes (my gf does this to her cars), or overheating the brakes.
Buy new, good brand, rotors. Buy decent pads. Follow a proper pad bedding procedure.
I've cured "warped rotors" on a few friends' cars by throwing my track pads on the car and performing a bedding procedure (harsh aggressive pads can do this faster). Scrubs the old pad material right off, and lays a fresh even new layer on it. One of them had gone through new rotors or had the existing ones turned, every 6 months, for years. After a proper bedding, he never had the issue return, ever...
