Default CODES

I Have A 2000 Honda Civic EX. And I Got A Jumper Harness For It. It's A OBD1 Jumper Harness. And I'am Running A P28 ECU. I Would Like To Know Why I'am Getting A Code 41. It Say This= (Primary oxygen sensor heater)

What Do You Guys Think Is The Promblem Because When I Plug In My OBD2 ECU I Do Not Get Any Codes. So If You Guys Can Please Help Me That Will Be Great. Thanks Again.

I'm thinking it might be b/c OBD1 = 1 O2 sensor and OBD2 = 2 O2 sensors. So when you have the OB2 ECU plugged up in it reads it and its cool but with the P28 it's trying to read something thats not there. Maybe try a OB1 engine harness? But why are you running a P28 if your OBD2 ECU works?

The Only Reson Is Because The OBD1 ECU Has Less Codes. And Before I Pluged In The OBD 1 ECU I Unpluged The Second O2 Sensor. And I Still Get The Same Code.
