Default Drain line ?

so just got my set up together and have been driving it to and from work the last week or so ... working out all the bugs

stock gsr motor
victor x manifold
custom ram horn w a gt35r ( with oil restrictor )

my oil return is in question tho , its a strait fitting off the pain and a 45* fitting off the turbo all -10 .

driving down the road and up hill its fine but if i get caught on a down hill slope at a stop light the car smokes out of the exhaust which i believe is burnt oil .

would the oil backing up in the turbo on down hill slopes cause this ?

thanks for any help
