Default flooding and no compression NEED HELP!

I have a d16z6 that we rebuilt with srp pistons and eagle rods. It has a t3/t4 set up on it. I have not put in the ECU chip yet because we wanted to get the thing started first. When I dropped the motor in it started fine with the turbo not hooked up and stock injectors. The next day I went out to start it and it back fired and lost all compression. One of the problems was very old gas (5yrs old). Lesson learned. The injectors started dumping gas so I ordered a set of RX-7 (460cc) injectors. I needed larger ones anyway. While I was waiting on the injectors to arrive we tried to get the compression to come back using trans fluid. We were able to get 3 to come back but 1,2,4 still are very low. The injectors are in and still dumping fuel (wtf). Why would the injectors stay open and how can I get the compression back? The ECU is still not chipped should I do that first or get the thing started then do it?
