ok i just got a 1995 integra ls like 1 month ago and it drives perfect .. couple dents and dings nothign major though .. other than that only thing wrong was oil pan bolt was stripped but that is fixed now .. mods are skunk 2 springs, catback exhaust, dc sport header, intake, and soem other mild stuff... but heres my problem ...

sometime when i start my car the check engine light will come on and if i cut the car off it sometimes will go off and stay off ... but when it comes on the car wont rev over 4500k ... today when i was drivign it popped on when i was on the highway so i had to pull over and cut my car off then cut it back on so it would go off .. and for some reason im leakign radiator fluid from somewhere aroung the radiator cap or hose ... but it doesnt leak all the time or everyday .. but you cant see it leak you can only see radiator fluid on top of the fan shroud ... was wonderign if it being low on fluid would make the light coem on and not be able to rev past 4500k ... thats were the built in 2step is ... but i dont se why the car would be doing this ...... and also how long does it usually take for the radiator fan to kick on ... because my car doesnt overheat but im not sure if the fan ever comes on or not

 

The best thing to do at this point is to see what code you are throwing. Do a search on here, there are a few good how to's for this.

You are probably leaking a little fluid out of the top spout or maybe it is slowly leaking out between top cover and the metal crimped area. I have never heard of low radiator fluid causing a check engine light or goofing up the revs.

Sometimes it takes quite a while for the radiator fan to kick on. Like 10- 15 minutes depending on thermostat and ambient temperature.

Check the code and you'll be able to get to the right track.

any more help .. i cant really check for a code because the light isnt always on ... the car has a built in 2step at 4500 .. thats why it wont rev over 4500k in neutral but i dotn understand why it wouldnt rev over it when the check engine light is on

 

aight my pcv valve isnt hooked up .. it doesnt have the hose on it and doesnt it just run straight back to the nipple on top oif the throttle body .. and what about that whole kind on the front bottom of the throttle body ... what goes in that hole and if its a hose where does it run to .. because i have some blue thing in it but its like broke off and idk what part is is and if i need a hose or not ..
