You will need to use both harnesses, and you will need an obd2a-obd1 jumper harness, or an obd2 p75. The integra harness is a 2 piece whereas the civic is a 1 piece. But because the motor is obd1 and the chassis is obd2 you will need to steal a few plugs and extend some wires like the distributor to make it work. Its pretty straight forward. But if you've never done a swap this won't be the easiest.
There are quite a few DIY's around the net.

How good is the engine on the da?
Unless it has low miles and in super condition i wouldnt do it. Your putting an 18 year old engine into the ek.
But its pretty straigh foward like r666 said

use the civic harness i had a 94 ls in my 96 ek only two wires you got to make longer and you can just buy a obd2 ecu since the civic harness is already obd2 since you already have the mounts and all should be an easy swap
ls with 60k miles mint condition i have done decent amount of swaps but all have been integra to integra or civic to civic ya know not single to doch and things like that

I'm pretty sure someone has done this before. Go for it!
