Does anyone know what this is??
I removed my dash and found this Velcro behind it..
there's nothing written on it.

By the way this is off and 02 civic ex.

I used a flashlight to look behind my dash (by the mirror adjustment and cruise control switches, as you described elsewhere) and I don't see that thing.

(I have an '02 EX, also)

that is really wired.. now you are making me think...
I am going to cut it out this weekend and see if it affects anything..

it goes straight to the Dash harness.. and the whole harness is then wrap with electrical tape.
almost all the way down to the ECU.
at first I thought it might be part off the Immobilizer but I don't know..
