depends duder. your city, what kind of insurance, discounts, etc
have you mom insure it and you pay her. it will be supa cheap i did that when i was a kid. and i paid like $40 a month...but now 10 years later and 23 tickets later i pay $160 for 2 cars , 1 full coverage and 1 jus liability
just call an insurance company and ask for a quote. prolly about $50 month

JNot to FLAME you but, just get a quote over the phone. Easier than waiting for the chance insurance salesman to look at your post. It probably took you longer to set up your account and make the post, then it would to just call Gieko or State Farm.

200 is still alot. but if theres a loan on it you have to have full coverage which is more obviously. dont worry about insurance if your shopn for a car. alot of people make that mistake. just find a car you like and buy it the worry about insurance. shop for a car not the insurance. becuase you can always get discounts and what not.

if you get an ebay kit. itl work. (it wont come with any tuning supplies or a tuner) a speed shop can do that or an experienced friend that street tunes for free
t3/t4 is just the size of the exhaust in and out. its not a real turbo size
the trim is the size
but if you get an ebay kit itl work but wont last long. but you can always upgrade 1 thing at a time. DONT BUY THE CHEAP EBAY OIL FEED LINE KIT
its cheap pot metal that will break when tigthing...
