I just picked up a 1999 honda civic cx hatchback. Theres one problem with it and I cant seem to figure it out. So heres my problem, Usually when you have all your lights on your rear stock "duckbill" light isnt supposed to be on well on my car its constantly on. No idea why, But another thing is when all my lights are turned off and my car is off without the key inside of it ill press on the brakes and my brake lights will turn on like it usually is supposed to but my front corner lights come out also and my cluster lights and also my climate control all at the same time only when I press on my brakes. (NOTE: The car is 100% stock and never has been modded one time driven by an older person)

 

have u check ur fuse box?

 

There's a short somewhere, most likely by your left kick panel. I would grab wiring diagram and see which wires get constant 12V

Sound like the park light are tapped into the brake light or vis-versa. Check the connection to all the light to see if they been tampered with.
