Hi, I have tried to search on what I need to do the swap, but haven't found anything. I'm about to get a 92 si hb shell and I have a B16a engine and I believe I won't be able to use my cable tranny right? So can anyone tell me what all I need to do the swap, thanks.

 

Your stock transmission (d series) will not mount to a b series engine.

Its not too hard to find out what you need to do to swap it.
Heres a guide for a b18. Same difference, its another dohc engine and its a b series...

Your going to need axles, mounts, ecu, transmission, and other tidbits for your swap.

 

you will also need the the mount for the cable tranny rather then the hydro that they came stock with in that year.
