Im looking to buy a Comptech intake icebox for my ITR in the next few days or so. I want to know if anyone of you have one and if you see any significant improvement on throttle response/ hp gains. etc.

not that i know of. oem box is just as good. save ur money

 

If you look thru the FAQ section at the top of this forum you will find the Comptech was rated #2 on the dyno for stock ITR's, just behind the Mugen.

 

I have one on mine. I love it. i only got because i couldn't get the Mugen.
It's worth the money IMO

 

x2, One day I'll have the Mugen intake but this will definately suffice.

I'll be getting myself a present soon and purchase a Samco intake arm

 

That's the thing. I dont have the oem intake.
