got a 97 ex drums in the back my passenger cable does not go all the way down.. i pull up brakes lock put down n u can feel just onn take off the brake on the right side is a little locked. when i remove the over u can see the cablefor the right is a little up it wont go back down. how do i fix this thanks

 

Can you explain it more clearly? It's hard to understand your problem. Can anyone interpret this please?

 

I have no idea but you could adjust your e brake cable inside the car.
