couple questions, 2001 stock gsr what color wire is the power wire for cd deck?

i have two questions

1. what color wire is the power wire for the stock acura cd deck

2. im using my STOCK deck and adding subs/amp,this picture i can use my speakers to power this amp right? the part of amp that says "speaker level input"

I think it's the yellow w/red stripe.

There should be a label on the stock deck that shows which pin is the +12volt ignition wire, then you just look at the harness and match the pin to the wire.

Your 01 GSR may still have the 1986 - 1997/98 plug, either way it will be the yellow/red for switched power. 94

You can use the speaker level inputs but supposedly they are not as clean as running an loc.

ummm Its just as clean as running a LOC (line output converter) because its is a LOC,
Please IIRC some MTX amps have a smart turn on feature...it will turn the amp on once it "sees" signal on those lines. check with the manufacture to be sure.
