Default P1337 Crank Angle Sensor after engine swap

I just put a OBD2 B18B from a 99 Integra into a 98 Integra GSR shell. I pulled the engine from a 96 Integra LS and it was fine no codes.

Now it has this code P1337 which is the crank angle sensor. I'm puzzled. The only thing I can think of is that the GSR engine harness has the crank angle sensor going into the 4th plug coming from the ECU harness since there is a 4th plug on the ECU harness where as the LS ECU harness has 3 plugs.

Any help? I'm gonna check the helms.
