Default Clutch not performing corectly

I think I burned out or did something to my clutch today. I was driving and downshifted into 2nd gear and when i went to gas the car would just rev. And now i almost have to use all my strength to get it into 1st gear now but all the others are only a little harder but not impossible. So do i need a new clutch or is it something else? I have a 93 Integra LS with the stock cable tranny

Try adjusting the clutch cable. Likely broke the hub and/or spring on the clutch though.
