about 5 to eeerrrrr 300 or so
how many miles on the motor
what kinda condition is it in
daily or track *****
how well do you plan on taking care of it
id say most d series can handle 200 with a legit tune
new gaskets and what not..
search dude this has been covered
and uncovered
then recovered
and then recovered again

Stock old internals? If they are in GREAT condition (hard to think that on such an old motor) then about 220 hp reliably.

Convert to OBD1 to make it easy to find somebody to tune it.
OR
Chip your OBD0 ECU and learn to tune it yourself.

Talk to your tuner first to see what program they are accustomed to tuning on - all of them are similar. Tuner should be able to burn you a tune for your car and it woudln't mater what program was sued to make it as long as it's a good tune.

ya its called
GOOGLE
thats why were are tellin you to search because people do ask the same **** all the time
and they have been givin answers and its very tiring to answer thesame question over and over and over again..
its like when a lil kid goes are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
are we there yet?
and writeups are everywere...
and if you cant find it on h-t
go to google
and there you will find the answer
or youll find another foroum that has also covered this more than once
you might have to look more than five secnds before giving up
