hey i was wondering if no name(ebay) ground controls has a difference between skunk 2 ground controls?

Ground control is a brand of suspension components as is Junk2. Im not quite sure of your question do you have links to the products you are speaking of?

 

oooo now it all makes sense cause my friend was telling me about cheap coilovers that is called ground control

that first link looks similar to the actual ground control suspension components. In your case however suspension components are pretty important to a car and I wouldnt skimp. Luckily for you if you do some looking around and call a few poeple im pretty sure you can get the ground control setup from a vender on HT for around the price of those skunk 2. If you absolutely cant afford to spend that much do a search for a review of those ebay coilover sleeves before you make a descision on a possible subpar product.
