Default Reliability Question for DD

I have a B18a sitting in my garage and was wondering If I bought a B16 head and went the ls/vtec route how is the reliability? I plan on using the motor for DD. Would that be an ok setup or should I just stick with the B18a stock? I have a CRX shell waiting but was wondering the best setup. Thanks for any input.

it will deff be reliable if you don't half *** the build. If you don't want to spend the money to do it right, stick to stock
