I can't say what a best cam is but I have run both Blox A and C. Both cams are pretty good. I have dyno sheets in the thread at the top of the forum. I believe page 15 for the A's and page 24 for the C's. With the A's, I made 199 whp and 135 ft-lbs on a stock VT. With the C's, I make 219 and 148 using supertech springs and rsx-type s retainers.

I just did a dyno comparison today as a matter of fact on the pro1s and Blox type Cs.
the midrange on the pro1s was about 10hp and ft/lbs, and top end hit about 9 more hp.
as far as the price goes, the Cs are way cheap and deliver good power, we made 220-223 on the Cs and 227-230 on the pro1s
motor was a B20vtec

10-4 will do!
just did them today so i will get all the info off my dyno laptop in the morning, we also tested Bs VS. OEM CTR and for what you can get them for the CTR IMO opinion was a better cam. the CTR actually made like 3 more peak hp than teh blox B, i honestly think the ITR they were in either didnt have enough compression or was getting old as we did the CTR first(like 40+pulls, then the Bs same amount of pulls, all in the same day/night)

Cams with stock like primaries Blox A,B,C,HSL, S2S1,S2,S3, etc will idle like stock and be good for a daily driver. Cams like the Toda's, Skunk Pro Series and BC 4's that have modified primaries are harder to tune to idle like stock.
As far as the CTR cams beating the blox B's (S2S2's) go, I have a hard time imagining that unless the cams weren't dialed in?

the one car I was refering to was an ITR of my salesmans, we made like 194 if i remember correctly wit his stock ITR cam. We made something like 28 pulls or so with the Bs in it and couldnt get over 189, and the runs with the Bs were made at night when it was about 15 degrees different, any which way I moved them I couldnt get any more out of them. but each motor id different and it could have just been his motor
I will post some graphs tomorrow
I am no pro, but I hear and see a lot of good things about the blox b's.
my gsr build is a 12:1 compression motor and thats what I will be using.
just my .02 (cents)
