I got a huge problem nd i cant seem to figure it out... iight everyone knos tht wen u have ur key into the on position all ur lights on the dash turn on... well sometimes my check engine light doesnt turn on nd my car wont start... also if im driving sometimes the car juss cuts off nd its because the check engine light poped off... its really wierd but if anyone can help please let me kno

having any starting issues that may be related to the main relay or ignition switch? what code are you throwing?

 

does ur check engine light ever come on?..... the motor cutting off might b the alternator or fuel pump or something

 

no codes throwing... nd it does come on but wen it goes out car cuts off or doesnt start

I have the same car and had the same issue. The problem end up being the main relay, it is under the dash next to the steering column. Apparently the solder joints in the relay are very poor and they start to crack. You can either replace it, or if you know how to solder you can do what I did and remove the old solder and resolder them properly.

i resoldered the points nd took it out for a good 15 min spin.... nd it looks like it worked hopefully it did.... thnx a lot for ur help bro
