1990 Integra RS

did a Headlight wire harness tuck. (all front lights work)

but now...
my RPM gauge isnt active. (tried swaping with another gauge cluster)
my clock only works when i hold down the tab.
and the turn signals wont blink (Hazards work)

this is really giving me a headache and all i know how to do is check all the fuses and they seem good.
Last resort, im going to take my dash back out and double check my connections and any short to ground... hopefully some body can help me narrow down my hunt.

OK, i double checked ALL my fuses and it was #10 Turn signal & reverse lights.

i replaced it but it popped again..
