CEL codes?

Clutch should been engaged when you don't push the pedal. I'm not not some English teacher, but I'm not sure what you mean is happening to your car. You wrote your question really poorly with "," all over the place and combing issues with your engine with issues with the transmission. It's all jumbled together and hard to read.

Seems like you are saying the clutch cable adjustment is as far as you can get it, but it's still loose?!?! Do you have the rubber bushings installed correctly?
Your clutch is normally engaged when you are not pressing on the pedal, but you are saying the clutch does not engage. That tells me that you didn't install the clutch properly. Did you mean that it doesn't disengage?

What happens when you actuate the level on the transmission with your hand (engine off)? Does it move REALLY easily or does it move easily and then get really stiff and difficult to actuate?
If you put the clutch together incorrectly if you can move the lever all the way up and down freely. It's supposed to move a little and you adjust your cable to remove this 'slack'. Then the lever should be difficult to pull up on without force. The force is needed to push open the clutch.

I would make a bet that you installed the clutch disc in backwards. The springs should be facing outwards towards the trans, not toward the block.

I made this mistake on my buddy's car when we swapped in a GSR trans. It would grind when we would try to put it in gear. Took it out, swapped it around, worked just fine.

My friends never let me forget the time I put a clutch in backwards lol

also if u cant rev pass 4000, check what codes ur ECU is blowing

do u have the correct injectors?

ur car is in limp mode to prevent any engine damage it wont let u rev high because something is wrong fix it then pull ecu fuse out for atleast one minute then put back in and u should be good.

also check engine bay wiring harness or double check tht its wired up right or if anything is missing .

hope tht helps..
