white smoke out my oil cap
I got the same issue with a b16 60/150/60/150 new piston rings. I don't know what can be the problem, I took the head to the shop and they check it and said it was ok. I also have white smoke coming out of my oil cap any suggestion????? please help driving me crazy.

[QUOTE=projectTeG;40250849]what color is the oil? i say blown headgasket or cracked head is a large possibility[
I dont mean to keep speaking for this guy but I would like to know whats going on with his engine too just in case i myself run in to the situation. And its clear nobody is reading what he says. The head has been to the machine shop. Head gasket could be the issue but that would not put smoke at the oil cap at all. Lets be be technical.

i had the same problem with my b20/vtec from a hard HPDE weekend. removed the head and found my block was cracked in all 4 cylinder giving alot of blow by. anyways if smoke is from the oil cap will be blow by or u have to much condensation in it.

When you replaced the rings, did you measure the bores?

yes a blow head gasket would put smoke out of the headgasket. on some headgasket problems you can actually hear the compression popping out of the oil cap. it it can bleed comression into the coolant system, it can bleed into the oiing system
