Default Check Engine Light went on

My check engine light went on my 2000 Honda Accord 4 cyl EX ULEV. I then checked the Manual. It said to make sure the gas cap is tight and drive it for 3 trips. Which I did. Please note I flushed my transmission fluid and had my CPU replaced too b/c of a non starting car earlier this year. Autozone ran a check with their machine and the print out came out with one of these problems, please tell me what I should do:

(Please note because it is not an official Honda machine it could be listed under the wrong manufacturer:

Honda:
Open or shut circuit condition
Poor electrical connection
failed TCC system
Automatic transmission fault

Poor connection at transmission
Internal transmission problem

Infiniti:
Bloced passage in transmission
Faulty TCM

Kia:
Failed damper clutch solenoid
Transaxle fault

Chrysler:
Low fluid level
Poor fluid quality
Defective torque converter cluter
Internal transmission failure
transaxle control system fault
failure of transaxle control modyle

Mazda:

Acura:

Automatic transmission fault

Nissan:

failed solenoid
TCM fault

Sabaru:
TPS misadjusted or faulty
MIL light up request

BMW:
Torque converter clutch circuit open

Mitsubishi:
Failed TCC
Transmission control system - mil request

Volkswagon:
Failed torque converter clutch solenoid
Transmission control system fault

Isuzu:
No communication with TCM

General Motors:

The TCM has detected an emission related fault

Eagle:

ECM received a signal that the transaxle control module has a fault
shorted or opend circuit within transaxle

Disconnect your battery for a few minutes, then reconnect it. Bet the light goes out.

Resetting the computer is not going to solve the problem.

Normally, I would say to get the actual code, which would read something like P0171. In this case, however, it would not be very helpful since it's transmission-related. It sounds like your transmission is beginning to take a crap.

Have you noticed the car behaving differently while putting it into gear or during shifts?

It may be something as small as a sensor going bad, or it may be your transmission going south. Hard to say since we doing really know anything about your situation or how it drives...

How do I disconnect the battery safely without electrocuting myself or damaging the battery or car?

I had 2 error codes, I only copied down one, the guy at autozone made me write out the other causes and I forgot to write the code, b/c he said it was too many results to print: P0700 was the other code.

I don't notice any problems with the car. The light just happened to go on like a week ago when I was on the highway.

I pulled out FUSE 13 (Clock) on the passenger side fuses and put it back in. The check engine light went off, if it stays off I'll know it was built-in the computer to come on in a certain time if it doesn't I will have to go to a mechanic.

I'm not sure if the 2000 Accords "NEED" Honda tranny fluid or not, but, when you had the fluid flushed, was it replaced with Honda Tranny Fluid?? How many miles on the tranny when flushed? Was it ever flushed before?

The TCC code would have me worried if it was flushed and filled with a generic fluid. Pull the dipstick and have a look and smell of the fluid-report back.

If the other code is fuel related- get a new Geniune Honda gas cap and replace yours (it's under $10). That cleared up my fuel related code.

I've had the same code in my 96 for the three years I've owned the car. It sucks, because I don't think my torque converter is locking up, but the tranny shifts fine otherwise. It's just a pain to clear the code and get the car inspected within the drive time that the light stays off (usually about 80 miles).
