Default OBD2 to OBD1 conversion: Alternator?

so i need a higher output alternator for my 96 GSR.
the person i bought it from converted it to a P28, so its an OBD1 now.
so i was wondering if i infact need an integra alternator 90-95 or can i juss go ahead and get a 96-2001 alternator?
and i heard all OBD1 alternators are interchangable and same goes with OBD2?

and does anyone know if these high output alternators is any good?

one last question: would i need to do the big 3 upgrade where i upgrade the wiring to 0 gauge if i get a high output alternator?
